Process consolidation and reporting of incurred expenses of the partnership under the project. It defines its progress and compliance with the requirements for funding received. It is accompanied by supporting documents and documentation of expenditure, according to criteria and rules specific to individual programs and calls. Must punctually demonstrate the existence, relevance, eligibility and reasonableness of the expenses for which funding is sought.
