Culture Matters , culture matters: it is on the basis of this assumption that the 29th conference of the European Foundation Centre – Philanthropy Week, will dedicate a special space to the role of foundations and philanthropy for culture in Europe, in the broader context of the 2018 – European Year of Cultural Heritage. .
