For you, a review of what’s new for the month of March, published as always on our Calls Portal. A rich review, including as many as 237 new calls: in fact, from this month we also present opportunities from agricultural and rural funds in the different Italian regions.
European calls for proposals 2025: European programs
February’s European calls for proposals offer exciting new opportunities on the following programs:
- Digital Europe: new calls for specialized training in cybersecurity, cloud and high-performance computing, robotics, artificial intelligence chips;
- Single Market Program: new calls on alternative dispute resolution and mobility for businesses;
- Anti-Fraud Program: new calls on staff exchanges, training, studies, detection and analysis equipment and tools, conferences, workshops and seminars;
- European Social Fund+: call for support for European networks in the areas of social economy and social finance;
- Erasmus+: framework agreements for civil society cooperation in education and training;
- Citizens, Equality, Rights, and Values: calls for institutional grants, town twinning, empowerment of vulnerable groups, and civil society strengthening of media freedom.
European calls for proposals 2025: the Structural Funds
We also have 27 new calls launched by Italian regions under the Structural Funds, specifically in:
- Abruzzo: On supporting innovation and researchers;
- Campania: On the development of cultural and creative enterprises;
- Emilia-Romagna: on digital transition, support for summer centers, training and sustainable transition, and shared administration;
- Latium: vouchers for sports;Liguria: on social enterprises and cooperatives, investment and development for SMEs, and continuing education;Lombardy: on skills for development and combating poverty;
- Marche: On entrepreneurship education and social innovation;
- Province of Bolzano: on education and training;Apulia: on the mitigation of low-lying coastal erosion phenomena;
- Sardinia: on green and blue infrastructure;Sicily: on participation in international events;
- Tuscany: on nature and biodiversity in urban and peri-urban areas, guarantees on funding, training on rural issues for immigrant people included in reception systems, individual training vouchers and daycare centers;
- Umbria: on support for cinema management enterprises;
- Veneto: on training projects to address transitions.
We also report the following nationally and interregionally managed calls:
- Interreg Italy-Austria: Italy-Austria call for proposals 3rd notice;
- PN Culture: training on process management and control;
- PN Youth, Women and Labor, two notices for social dialogue training interventions for delegates and practitioners of social partners and the third sector, respectively.
European calls for proposals 2025: the Rural Funds
Finally, as anticipated, we welcome in our Call for T enders Portal and in our periodic review the calls funded by the Agricultural and Rural Funds (EAFRD, EAGF and Common Agricultural Policy), with special reference to the Rural Development Complements of the different Italian Regions.

A. of Trento (8), Piedmont (15), Apulia (8), Sardinia (4), Sicily (8), Tuscany (12), Umbria (3), Aosta Valley (5), and Veneto (14).The areas of intervention are very varied: viticulture, tree cultures, afforestation, pastures, meadows, agrotourism, beekeeping, biodiversity, nature areas, mountain areas, wildlife, water resources, natural hazards, promotion of agricultural enterprises and products, young farmers and much more.Many of the opportunities are short term.
